Finding the History behind the last name Conception

I'm half filipino, and I want to start making a family tree book. My grandmother's name is Crisanta Marcello Conception and she married Maximo Reyes Espiritu. I believe she died in the Phillipines. I'm not sure where they were born in the Philippines, but if anyone knows the history on the last name Conception that would be great.

Sylvin Brockwell Conception, 56, of San Diego died Saturday. She was born in Santa Rita, Guam, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Juan Conception; daughters, LeAnn Conception and Christine Conception; sons, John Conception and Michael Conception; sisters, Sarah Aguon and Helen Torres; brother, Walter Santos; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Berge-Roberts Mortuary, 607 National City Blvd., National City. Services: 9 a.m. Monday, St. Rita ' s Catholic Church, 5124 Churchward St., San Diego. Interment: after services, Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Drive, San Diego. Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 2/20/2004. (volunteer submission)

I know a Jaime Conception that lives in New York and is 46 years old. He has four children and a wife. He lives in Thayer street. Manhattan. His house number is: 212-567-1647. Hope this helps. He worked in the World Trade Center but unfortunately he is deceased. Maybe you can speak to his wife and children.

whose mother is Elsa are looking for their father. Jaime
Concepcion. We believe he may be somewhere in
