Does anyone have information on Jesse Coulter born 1784 in Delaware? Jesse was in the 1820 Green Co. PA census and in the 1850 Fayette Co. PA census living next to his daughter Lucinda (Coulter) Frost. Any informtion onf Jesse & Lucinda (Coulter) Frost would be appreciated.

I am Jack Coulter and as far as I know the first Coulter to appear in South Jersey was William from a family in Lewes Deleware. William was born in 1787 and died in 1854. Right now that is all I know but a cousin has done a lot of research and is about to publish her work. She may be able to help you. I have not been able to find any information on my great grandmother Lucinda(Coulter) Frost,(wife of Isaiah Frost Jr.) other than Jesse Coulter living next to them in Fayette Co. PA. in the 1850 census. According to the census Jesse would have been born in 1784. Janet
