I am searching for any family member of Thomas and Amelia Coulter who lived in Philadelphia Pennsylvania during 1915 to 1950's They had four children Dorothy born 1910 who was my Grandmother, Eugene born 1915 Lorine born 1918 and Inas born 1923. Dorothy left home at 15 and born three children Kenneth Doris and Lillian who was my mother. Lillian die in 1960 when I was 6 years old.
