Hi, my Darmon family line came from England.

My great-grand mother's name was Carrie Adell Darmon, she was born in Cabery, Illinois.

Her parents names were : John or William Darmon he was born in England. I don't know his parents names.

Carrie had a aunt Fannie Darmon
Uncle Sammie or Samuel Darmon.

I found a census record for 1880 United State Census:

Sophia Darmon was head of the household, she was a widow, white, 64 years old, born in England, her father and mother were born in England.

Sophia Darmon's children:

Edward Darmon, son, single, male , white, 25 years old, Born in New York, farmer, father and mother born in England.

Fannie Darmon, daug., single, female, white, 21 years old, born in Illinois, at home, England born parents.

Samuel Darmon, son, single, male, white, 19 years old, born in Illinois, farmer, Parents born in England.

Census place: Dwight, Livingston, Illinois.

Married: Anny Conavle
children:
Charlie (Brint) Carrie's half/brother
Ruby (Darmon)
Carrie Adell (Darmon) Bays
Cora (Darmon) Wigington

they lived in Cabery, Illinois
I have had family tell me that John Darmon the father
committed suicide by hanging himself in a barn, in Chicago, Illinois. U.S.A.

John and Anny's children are buried in Kansas City, Mo. I haven't been to cemetery, as of yet, also been told it is in a bad neighborhood.

Hi, I am also lookin for my great-grandmothers family. Her name was Carried Adel Darmon born 1890 in Cabery, IL.

Parents John Darmon and Wife Anny Conavle.

Children: Charlie, Ruby, Carrie, Cora.

I live in Argentina and I´m looking for my ancestries
Darmon is my family for the father´s side, he was Samuel
Cohen Darmon; my grandmother was Zahra Darmon and her father
was Mordejai Darmon. All of they was born in Tetuan, Marruecos.

I have information about someone of the grandmother´s brother
went to the U.S.A.

I hope that someone answer me about them.
