I've just learned this last week that I am a member of the Humphrey of Barbados clan. Of the 54 markers back from the lab so far, we match on all 54. The last few are still at the lab (I paid for the 67 marker test) and should return in a few days. Your posts are interesting and I'd like to stay in the loop.
I can trace my family to New York with a James born in 1827 but can't get anything prior to this and am hoping the DNA tests will clarify our origins.
Has anyone ever seen a sketch or drawing of our Humphrey?
