Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. This has been a challenging project complicated by the fact that I am technilogically impaired. I am very interested in anything you may have on August Deubler and his family. He was very much loved by his second family. My grandfather adopted the Deubler name so that is the name I was raised with. He went by Jack Deubler. His birth name was William McKinley Morgan. August and Averilla had five children. I would be happy to provide any decendency info you might want. Thank you for your help, Patty Farr

I served on the Estes from July of 1952 till Sept. 1953
Chief Moore was CPO in charge of "C Division." E. R. Deublen served in "C" dividion as Radio Striker. I have pictures of Deubler and I taken on way to Alaska in summer of 1953, also have a copy of roster for Aug. 24, 1953 I have made contact with the wildow of R.L. Blaine who was RM3 at the time. I went to an "Estes" reunion about 4 years agao in San Antonio, Texas, but I did not know any of the members, except 1 from my home town. I think he went aboard for the second Bomb Test. Deublen, Blain, Goodnough, Farmer and myself were all in "OPERATION IVY" that I can remember. I have no pictures because cameras weren't allowed. I would like any web sites for Estes, information for "C" division, pictures are what ever information anyone may have. Please contact me at Lovebug3231@aol.com
Thanks, I appreciate what you have sent.

Donald F. Louise never married and Christiane married in 1855 in Iowa. Their siblings Caroline Sophie Deubler and Gottlieb Friedrich Deubler migrated in 1854. Would like to find their ship passage. Gottlieb is my g g grandfather. I have copy of their application to leave Germany. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi,
My grandmother's maiden name was Deubler. Her parents were Edward (Ed) Duebler and Icy Mae Holtzapple Deubler. They lived in Lima OH, where Ed was a fireman, and had....I believe 13 children. (I may be mistaken on that)
My Grandmother was Mildred Louise Duebler and she married William Minar Freed (Red). They had two sons, Hershel and William.
If you know any of these name, please let me know!

My father Jack R. Deubler remembers a great-uncle named "Doc". Great-grandfather "Gus" had 2 families, first one in Texas. Unable to read spouses name on 1900 census but children are Fred,Willie,Clara and Clarence. Understand that another dau. named Barbara was born later. Second wife was Averilla Gilchrist (Morgan?). Her son William McKinley Morgan adopted the name Jack Deubler. He was my grandfather. Are we working on the same Deubler line?
