I am in possession of a British passport (United Kingdom of Great Britian & Ireland) for Hugh Devlin, born 8 March 1891 in Plains, Scotland. His profession is listed as "miner". It also contains his photo. The passport is marked for transportation to the USA out of Liverpool on 19 April 1927. He has no spouse or children listed in the passport. I hope to find someone in his family to forward it to as I don't believe he is of any relation to me, but for some reason it was in my grandmother's belongings.
