Re: DRAUGHTER

I'm doing research for a friend on her Draughter line and yours is the only Draughter forum I've found, with all of one message! After six years, I hope you're still there. This Draughter search is a lonely task.

Phillip (Phill) Draughter can also be found in the 1900 census
in West Feliciana and 1930 in Wilkinson near his grandson Lawrence. I could not find him in the 1910 census, where did you see that? Lawrence was my friend's grandfather and I've been trying to find his father. At first, I thought it might be Frank since he was about the right age-but you say it was Phillip jr. I haven't run across that son, maybe he was in the 1910 census. I seem to be asking questions and giving you no answers. Sorry. Victor

DRAUGHTER

I am looking for information on Philip DRAUGHTER of West Feliciana Parish, La. Born in 1863 and married Georgia Evans. Philip and Georgia had a son by the name of Philip Draughter Jr. Philip DRAUGHTER Jr had two sons, Kirmet and Lawrence that lived in New Orleans for many years. Philip Sr. lived most of his life in Woodville, Wilkinson County, Miss. I found Philip Sr. in the 1910 and 1920 census but no DRAUGHTERS before. Where did the name DRAUGHTER come from? Thank you.
Philip E. Blander
