Tami - Those names are quite common throughout this book but none of your puzzle pieces fit or connect with any family in this book, but I will do a more thorough check later and reply if I find any clues. Sorry I was not much help, but I would like to send this portion of a reading from the England Descendants book along to you - It may give you some clues.
It reads as follows :
A review of Genealogical literature and correspondence with many persons bearing the england name indicates there are many unrelated England Families in America. Most have emigrated from England, several prior to Joseph's arrival in 1723.
Early marriage records, patent, church, genealogical, and other records reveal there were England families in James City, VA. in 1636, in Connecticut in 1636, in Rhode Island in 1665, and in Isle of Wight, VA. in 1677. Maryland patent records mention Ennland England in St. Mary's County, Maryland in 1671, Jonathan England in 1676, and John England in Cecil County, Maryland in 1720. Philip England lived in Philadelphia in 1683, and William England, goldsmith, was admitted to Philadelphia as a freeman in 1717. A Joseph England Resided in New Castle County, Delaware in 1692, and an Isaac England was in what is now Kent County, Maryland in 1714.
Other early England emigrants settled in New Jersey, New York and North Carolina, some of the latter having emigrated from Ireland. Two England families settled in Chester County, PA. William, born in England in 1714, and Joseph who settled there in 1723 to whom this book relates (Jos. England and his descendants). A number of other England Families have emigrated from England since 1723.
The 1790 U.S. Census Records indicate there were 32 England Families in America at that time, several of whom no doubt were related. They were living in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Pennslvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Vermont and Delaware.
I thought this might help and encourage you in your research, and may give others a clue or two also.
Best Regards - Gen
