Became Orsatti ??? Philadelphia to Los Angeles

Would love to discuss those mysterious Epifanios from Philadelphia who became surname Orsatti in the late 1800's - early 1900's in Los Angeles, California.

Stella, widow of Louis / Lewis / Giacinto. Their children: Morris (Maurice?) Susie Maria and Mary Matilda. Possibly Louis Orsatti, also. Morris and Louis would have been born in Italy. Susie and Matilda were born in Pennsylvania.

This family has me stumped!
