Hi, this is Robert Christopher Fanchette. I am the son of Robert Cruz and grandson of Robert Quiroz. I also have a 12 year old son Robert Fanchette. I am 32 years of age. I live in southern Cali right now. I dont really know to much family. It would be nice to get in touch with some people. To all Fanchette family ties out there
My name is Carolyn Lee Mele My maiden nme is Fanchette also
I have one brother who was named after my Father ,Robert Quiroz Fanchette . My father was killed in Iwo Jima during WWII
I understand he (my father) had another family which my brother and I did not have knowledge of till later on in life. I would love to know more about any family members out there. I understand there is or was another daughter named Charlotte and another son named Robert . Can anyone give me more information?

I got SO EXCITED over the e-mail, I didn't read it correctly, I didn't realize it said your Mom did "not" know a lot of my mom's adult life. And the way it sounds, she is not alive anymore either. "other than you" it said..does that mean only when I was born? I talk tons when I get excited, I'll wait to hear a reply. You made such a happy face to the end of my day. :)

You made my day... I remember my --grandma-- and Uncle Robert telling me her name was "Pee-Wee". I'm small too. I know nothing about my mother, other than I think she drank too much, maybe she didn't/wasn't ready for kids? And most of all she and her brother Robert were best friends. Any information you have or know, or your mom, would be the GREATEST. No-one talks about Charlotte except for Robert. I remember visiting Arizona when I was younger. I am assuming Charlotte is no longer living...I've yet to hear anything real possitive. Happy faces...:) ...to see I have received a reply :)...

Hello Sandy,

We're related! My Mom Alice is the last surviving Fanchette from the Tucson, Az. of the Fanchette family, your great-aunt.

Your Mom's nickname was "Pee-wee" she is my Mom's niece. I think that makes us cousins?

Mom is probably the best resource that we have to get info about your Mom in her youth, but as I was talking to Mom tonight she knew not a whole lot of Peewee's adult life, other than you. She is very excited to hear more from you as I am too.

I have tons of Fanchette info to share with you.

Hi,
Charlotte Fanchette was my mom, I know nothing about her. I was raised by her mom, a Rodriguez. Is there anybody out there that knows anything re Charlotte V Fanchette. What ever happened to her, how she died, if she did?
Robert Fanchette was her brother.
He doesn't know what happened to her either.

Hi,
Robert is my uncle, one of my most favorite men in the world. His daughter Lisa is my cousin, we're not as close as we used to be, but, she was the "sister" I never had. I wish we kept in touch more. Christina, Tina's daughter, was the flower girl in my wedding. Robert always tells me I am a Fanchette, because my mom was, but my last name is Davis-because of my father. Robert & my mom were close.

My name is Candice Baker. I am Robert Fanchettes Granddaughter. My Mothers name is Tina Baker also known as Tina Fanchette. Her brothers name is Robert Fanchette and he has one child in San Jose. My mom has 6 children. My aunt Lisa lives in San Jose county also. I have a daughter that was named after my grandmother Patricia. Hello.
I am Robert Fanchettes grand-daughter. Grandpa was at one time with the Merchant Marines, maybe in the 1920's. Married Theresa Quiroz in Tucson Arizona. Two of there six children survive, Isabel in Tucson Arizona and Alicia Fanchette Aitkens of San Diego, CA. To date I know of Robert Fanchette,Jr's children reside in California somewhere. Can you help me.
