Surnames: Felton, Skelton, de Felton, le Strange, d'Aubigny, de Caen, Wotring
I've heard that Nathaniel Felton of Salem, MA (10 May 1615-30 Jul 1705) was of royal descent by way of Sir Thomas de Felton of Litcham and his wife, Joan. This would make Nathaniel of royal descent by way of the Felton, le Strange, d'Aubigny, and de Caen lines to Henry I of England. He m. Mary Skelton, dau. of Rev. Samuel Skelton. I descend from Nathaniel's GGGGrandaughter Prudence Felton, who m. Abraham Daniel Wotring. Anyone know the connection? Thanks!
