I am not familiar with Helen but I'll check with my dad. I'm sure there are some pictures of your dad somewhere, I know there is one where he is holding me when I was little. I lived in LA for a while and have been back in San Diego for a while. I now lived in Bonita just a few minutes south of my mom and have a rental in mission valley by the football stadium. I would love to visit one day - I use to go a lot to LA but w/ the cost of gas now I go less. Most of my girlfriends from college live in burbank or san fernando. I would like to see if you have any pictures of my dad - also do you know what happen to Helen Johnny Quintero's wife? I'll check in later

Hello there, it's been a long time. My parents still live in the same place as do your other sister Velia and her husband Frank. I've been living in my home now for 34 years also here in Wilmington. Should you ever be in the area I would love to see you. Where do you live? Any chance of ever getting together?

My grandfather came from Aguascalientes - he was Albino Femat but my dad ( Manuel) had it changed to Fematt. Albino was married to Florencia. My dad had a sister Maria Fematt de Cuellar. I have also an old picture postcard sent in 3/28/1916 from their cousin - Erlinda Gonzalez but no address.

Yes I am Velia. My mom said Ronnie stopped by for a little while sometime ago - he had his son with him. I hope your family is doing well. My mom still lives inthe same home - so he remembered how to get there.

Rebecca Dora is right. Dora is my half sister - she has the right story. FEMATT ( pronouce the extra t)para que suene con fureza ( so it rings with strength). That is what my dad would say. You may remember me or not. I remember my dad taking me to your high school graduation - but I have not seen your family since going up for the furneral of Ronnie's lady.

The Name was French - Manuel was my dad - I think you are Lonnie's daughter - if so I am your half-aunt. He was born in El paso texas, 1888. His first wife was Irene and then is second wife was maria ( your grandmother) - he then married my mom Herlinda. Ihave some pictures. my grandmother was florencia and my grandfather was Albino. Albino was born in Aguas Calientes in Mexico. He married florencia and from whattheytold me - the family was not to happyabout him marrying a mexicana. So they were sent to texas.

My name is Dania Fematt and as I mencioned before i'm also looking for my missing relatives. I was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and my father and grandfather too. They're and were also Femat but with only one "t".In the fematt's family tree as you all must know there are some variations in the fematt's spelling. I've been reading all your mails and I want also share some information with all of you. I have many black holes in my family tree and it's time to keep going with the investigation. My great grandfather was Alvino Femat, Jr. he married Florencia Herrera. My grandparents are Manuel & Mary Fematt,together they had five childern. My grandfather was married several times so I know that he had other children, I think there were a couple of sons and another daughter. Our my dad and his sisters live in southern california. I do not know any other Fematts. Keep in touch.

I too am a Fematt and also heard the name is French. I was told that it was probably spelled with one T and possibly FEMATE. I live in So. Cal. It seems there's a connection with anyone with the last name Fematt or Femat. I'm 28 years old, living in San Francisco, California. My father Victor Fematt was born in Aguascalientes, who's the son of Antonio Fematt, who's the son of Antonio Fematt Saucedo and Francisca Fematt Saucedo who I've heard were cousins. I'm just throwing this out there because I know we're all scattered around the country, especially down in Texas and southern California.

Son of Josefina Femat and Magdaleno Ruvalcaba. My grandmother's father was Ramon Femat and I believe he is your grandfather as he married a lady by the name of Altagracia. He had Teresa and Josefina Femat from his first marriage to a Maria Gonzalez who passed when Josefina was 2 yrs. old. Mi papa y hermano viven en San Francisco de los Romo.
Aca en Houston estamos mi mama, hermana y familia y mis 2 hijos y yo.
Comenzare por decirte que mi abuelo se llamaba Antonio Fematt Montanez y mi abuela Francisca Saucedo Fematt (eran tio lejano y sobrina) los 2 ya fallecieron, de ahi nacieron 6 hijos 1 mujer y 5 hombres; Guadalupe, Antonio, Jesus, Fernando, Jorge y Humberto.....mi papa es Jesus.

Hola a todos primos, primas, tios y tias.......mi nombre es NOEMI FEMATT MIRANDA naci en la ciudad de Mexico tengo 1 hermano mayor (Jesus) y una hermana menor (Leticia). El nombre de mi papa es JESUS FEMATT SAUCEDO de Aguascalientes...el a su vez es hijo de ANTONIO FEMATT MONTANEZ quien se caso con su sobrina lejana FRANCISCA SAUCEDO FEMATT (los 2 ya fallecidos).
