Frith File and have found the following:
Baptism All Saints Gt
Marlow 9th February 1851. Ellen
Frith daughter of Fanny
Frith (Single Woman)
Marriage at All saints Gt
Marlow 30th June 1850. Fanny
Frith to William
Stroud.
They are the only Fanny
Frith and Ellen
Frith I can find.
Dates don't quite match up to be the same Fanny
Frith, but possibly is.
In the 1851 census William
Stroud is aged 22 Bricklayer born Gt
Marlow, Fanny is aged 24 Born Gt
Marlow, and daughter Ellen
Stroud aged 5 born Gt
Marlow, son James
Stroud aged 7 months, also as lodgers are
Hannah Frith aged 22,& Emily
Frith aged 20 both born Gt
Marlow. I will have to check to find if
Hannah and Emily
Frith are Fanny's sisters.
William would have been born c. 1829, there is a baptism for a William
Stroud son of Sarah
Stroud, 11th March 1830, (Base Born)
Fanny would have been born c. 1827. A baptism for Fanny
Frith 23rd December 1827 daughter of Henry & Sarah
Frith, cant find a marriage in All Saints Gt
Marlow for Henry
Frith & Sarah. I wonder if Sarah's maiden name was
Stroud. I have details of Henry and Sarah with family in the 1861 census if you would be interested.
