I believe Pedro and Sara came from Monterrey Mexico. They had a daughter, Olivia around 1922. That is all I know so far. Arturo and Olivia lived and raised families in Laredo, Texas.

According to my mom we have or had relatives in Cuatro Cienegas, La Madrid, and Monclova, Coahuila. My grandmother's name was Maria Galindo Guajardo, her father was Claudio Galindo Carranza first cousin of Venustiano Carranza former President of Mexico. How cool is that?

Hello. I also have Galindos in my heritage through the marriage of James Alexander Forbes to Maria Ana Galindo; they are my 4th-great-grandparents through their son James Alonzo Forbes. I've been researching them for several years now, along with other branches of my family, and would be interested in any information you may have about them. Also would be willing to share information I have, though I've been so busy that I haven't really done any research for close to a year or so. Could you please let me know?

Who is your connection to the Galindos?

Please take care and have a fabulous weekend!

Blessings,
Linda
