You can check the Hudson's Bay Company Archives, Biographical Sheets and find Charles Nisbet Garson located there.

I am the 3xgreat granddaughter of James Garson of Sandwick, Orkney. James also worked for the Hudson's Bay Company.

Hello my name is Darrell Cyre. Charles Nisbet Garson was my great grandfather. I have some information on him and some on his son, Charles S Garson( my grandfather ).My problem when researching my ancestry comes when trying to find out more info on my great grandmother. Theresa Belle was here name. We think she was a full blood indian and would like to find out as much info as possible. This is in regards to native status or metis status. I believe that your great grandfather and my grandfather were brothers. I have heard from Al Garson from Springfield, MO.. are you his brother? My mother was Helen Frances Garson - her father was Raymond Lewis Garson - Raymond and Edward Lee's father was Abraham Lewis- - there father was Leopold - and Leopold's father was jacob.

Sarah Garson Sturges was my great grandmother, she was married to Frank Sturges, and died in 1925, they are all buried at Evergreen cemetary in brynmawr pa. Jennifer -- Irving Garson's father was Barnet (also spelled with two "t's") Garson, DOB: 1834, Minsk, Russia. DOD: 10/16/1906 New York. Barnet's father was Jacob Garson, born in Russia. Jacob married Annie Goldstein. Barnet married Jennie/Sophia Garmise, DOB: 1859, Russia. They had three sons: Jacob, Harry and Irving, all born in Minsk, Russia. Sorry, your given names don't ring a bell. Where was Morris Gubenko from?
