Hi there,
I am also looking for information regarding the Gouliquer family name. My husband's father was named Leo Gouliquer son of Caroline (Oulette?) and Emanuel Gouliquer. He had a brother named Hector and they lived in Sask. They have other siblings but everyone has lost touch. I would love any information that anyone has!

Pierre GOULIQUER was born 17 Jan 1846 in Plomeur, France. He emmegrated to Canada in 1874 and settled in Quebec City. He married Marie HUOT b.1850 d/o Charles Anastasie LACROIX 5 November 1878 Quebec City. They had several children:...Marie Rose Anne b.1879 m: Frederic LANDRY.....Pierre Adelard b.1880 d.1891....Joseph Arthur b.1881 d.1914....Marie Belzemere b.1882 m: Joseph LANDRY.....Pierre b.23 Aug 1884 m: Mary POLLARD....ERNEST b.1886 d.1918....Joseph b.16 Feb 1888 m:.....Joseph b.2 Sept 189 m: Mary POLLARD. Hello,

I'm researching my ancestor, Philomene Gouliquer. She was born in Brittany, France, around 1840. She was married twice. Her first husband was named RIOU. They married in the early 1860's and had 1 son, Francois. Riou died and a few years later Philomene Gouliquer Riou married Pierre LECLEACH. They had 3 sons and 1 daughter: Alain, Alexis, Francois-Vincent, and Philomene. Francois-Vincent was my great-grandfather.
