      <description>&lt;br&gt;EASTANOLLEE, GA. - Mr. David Richard Governor, 43, died Sunday, July 31, 2011, at Stephens County Hospital.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Born May 5, 1968, in Youngstown, Ohio (Mahoning County) he was the son of Delores Governor Julian and the late William Governor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was self-employed working in maintenance and was talented in a number of other trades.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was a graduate of Toccoa Falls College and attended the First Alliance Church of Toccoa, Georgia.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Brooke Browning Governor; mother and stepfather, Delores and Bob Julian; sisters and brothers-in-law, Robin and Tom Powell and Rhonda and Dominic Fronzaglio; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Brian Governor and Melinda Governor and Todd and Tracey Governor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Bobby Julian.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A celebration of life service for David will be held on Saturday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. at the Old North Church, 7105 Herbert Road in Canfield.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Strickland Funeral Home – Lavonia Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visit &lt;a href="http://www.stricklandfh.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.stricklandfh.com&lt;/a&gt; to send online condolences to the family.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>YOUNGSTOWN, OH – Private graveside services were held at Belmont Park Cemetery for Betty Laverne Fritz, 90, who passed away Friday, March 25, 2011, at Victoria House.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Betty was born Sept. 11, 1920, in Youngstown, Ohio the daughter of William and Clara (Bierman) Governor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a graduate of The Rayen School and had worked for U.S. Steel starting during World War II and retiring in 1970 from the billing department.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Betty leaves one sister, Mary Perantoni; and two nephews, John Perantoni of Columbus, Ohio and Tom Perantoni of Butler, Pa. Betty’s husband, Elmer Fritz, who she married in 1953, passed away in 1990.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was also preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Della Governor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There were no calling hours.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Arrangements were by the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown, Ohio Chapel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Family and friends may visit &lt;a href="http://www.lanefuneralhomes.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.lanefuneralhomes.com&lt;/a&gt; to view this obituary and send condolences&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mahoning&lt;br&gt;</description>
