Guy Grazier convicted murderer

I am looking for info on a Guy Grazier who murdered his uncle, Clyde Grazier, Jr. in April of 1981. Clyde was my Grand Uncle. He was the son of my Great Grandfather, Casper Clyde Grazier. I can't seem to find who Guy's parents would be. Since Guy is the nephew of Clyde, then his father would have to be a brother to Clyde Grazier, Jr. and the only one it could be would be Harold Grazier. So if anyone has info on Harold Grazier b. June 1918 in Oakmont, PA, who had a son, Guy please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Hello Arran, I am so happy to find you. I cannot tell you anything about your grandparents, but I can say I remember you when you were a baby. I lived next door to your family at Offutt AFB and was your babysitter for a couple of years. I thought so much about you and Shona over these years. I was a kid myself and was very fond of both of you and thought of the two of you as my babies. Your mom was pregnant with Shona when we met, when my family moved in next door and your mom was sitting on the little stoop playing with you. I went over to talk to her and you and was immediately hired as a babysitter. I always remembered her telling me where your name came from and how it was spelled. I was with you for the few days while your mom was in the hospital having Shona. Shona's death was the first real loss from death that I had faced and it was a maturing experience. I was 15. If you have time to answer and tell me a little about what you are doing, do you have kids of your own, are your parents still living, it would make me so happy.

Archie,

I am stuck with Bert Jordan’s father Peter Jordan.

I have used your information and found Peter Jordan in the 1880 census with wife Mallisa, but that was before Bert’s birth. I have been working from on-line information and have not yet gone to the microfilm census.

I found Peter Thomas Jordan’s death certificate, but it shows his parents as unknown. He apparently had remarried to Hazie Killingsworth and I found her death certificate.

I have seen your bulletin board postings and wondered if you have found more information on Peter Jordan.

Pat
I've been tring for years to find out about Lena Medley--Ada Daniels, she was my mother's mother (Delphine Grazier). I have a funeral handout from Ada Daniels. Is there anyone out there that knows anything? Grandma's family said they knew the secret and it would go to the grave with them - so far that's true to my knowledge. I hope someone knows the deep dark secret and would tell me. I would really like to know for myself and for my 11 year old daughter. Please email me vickiegoodrum@msn.com or call me home 253.460.2972 or work 253.671.8900 Thank you. Vickie

Looking for info about jacob Grazier, born in Prussia, Germany in 1825. He or his father changed the name to Grazer sometime after the immigration to America. Jacob married Lucy Griffin (born in 1829 in Illinois) in Yamhill Co., Oregon on 1/25/1852. There are land grant records in my posession that verify this much. I have been searching for his parents.

I actually don't know anything more than he was born in Prussia in 1825 and he was married to Lucy Griffin in Yamhill Co., Oregon on 1/25/1852. I have been told all along that the name Grazer came from Grazier. My maiden name is Grazer. I followed Lucy's line back to Virginia and Kentucky. Could be he met her on his way west. Could have been Grazier when he got off the boat. And then maybe he changed it. The land grant records show it spelled both ways. I will keep looking, and will let you know if there is anymore info. Thanks for the lead on a possible Joseph Grazier in Pennsylvania.

I will give you some background info to see if you are a relative or not. In my family tree, my great grandparents were Clyde & Mable Grazier (maiden name was Kunselmann). Clyde Sr had these brothers and sisters: Leo, Bert (Burt), Cecil, Love (?), Ruby and Ruth. I believe Clyde and Mable were born around 1883 and eloped because the Kunselmann’s did not approve of the Graziers. They were married around 1902. They lived in Parkers Landing, PA and then around 1914 they moved to Oakmont, PA. Their children were Pauline Margaret (my grandmother), Helen, Jeanette, Ethel (still alive @ 94 years old), Vivian, Dorothy , Mary, Harold, Clyde, Jr. & William. Mable Grazier died in 1921 shortly after William was born. Clyde Sr. remarried soon after and left his children. According to Ethel, the 2 youngest were put in an orphanage. Ethel & Dorothy went to live with their mother’s sister who had no children at the time in Bruin, PA.

If any of this sounds familiar I’d love to have some more info. I’d like to know where everyone grew up, including the County and City and years. If you have info regarding Clyde and Mable or his new wife, or any of the above people such as full names, birth dates, marriage dates and churches, dates of death. Place of burial (cemetery). The more dates and places I have, the easier it is to search for more info on the Internet.
If you know if any of the above people are still alive, please let me know. I know Ethel would love to hear from or about her long lost brothers and sisters.

I hope this proves to be helpful.

Hope Bina
Daughter of Ellen Klingensmith Spack
Granddaughter of Margaret Grazier Klingensmith
Great Granddaughter of Clyde and Mable Grazier
Dear Lexie:

I am following in your footsteps by a little more than a year in researching Elsie Grazier and her father Oddie.

I am trying to find ancestors of my great grandmother, Penelope Grazier, who married my great grandfather, Robert McHenry, on June 07, 1858 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Her father, Oliver Grazier, was born in NY and died in Jeffersonville Township, Clark County, IN. Her brother, Oliver Grazier, Jr., married Emma Unknown and they had a son, Oliver Earl Grazier, who was killed July 20, 1919 in WWI in an airplain wreck at Del Rio, Texas. He was married to Grace Veasey.

Here I lost track of the Grazier family until I saw your post. I wonder if Elsie Grazier's father who helped Mrs. Jergens along the Oregon Trail descends from the same line as my great grandmother, Penelope Grazier??
