      <description>hi there thomas henry gretton&lt;br&gt;was my grandfater&lt;br&gt;thomas russell gretton&lt;br&gt;was my father&lt;br&gt;henry is from leicester  wentto NZ in about 1904&lt;br&gt;his father was daniel gretton&lt;br&gt;so i dont know if there is any relationship.&lt;br&gt;I do know that daniel was disowned by his parents. he was a naughty boy and married a jewish girl and things went downhill when he took to the ( not just one either) bottle.&lt;br&gt;however there must be some relationship some where down the line.&lt;br&gt;Its hard to get info from this end though.&lt;br&gt;Regards Leigh gretton &lt;br&gt;&lt;a href="mailto://leighwendyg@gmail.com"&gt;leighwendyg@gmail.com&lt;/a&gt;</description>

He was a great bloke who didn't have much hair but made excellent raspberry/loganberry vinegar!
