      <description>July 16, 1932-Feb. 12, 2004&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Richard Alan Gwennap, 71, of Rancho Bernardo died Feb. 12. He was born in Wheeling, W.Va., and was a certified public accountant. He served in the Army. He was a member of United Way.  Survivors include his wife, Barbara Gwennap; sons, Linley Gwennap and Lance Gwennap; parents, John and Ethel Gwennap; and four grandchildren.  Services: 2 p.m. tomorrow, Rancho Bernardo Presbyterian Church, 17010 Pomerado Road, San Diego.  Donations: National Parkinson ' s Foundation, 1501 N.W. Ninth Ave., Miami, FL 33136.
