Thomas Gwilliam married Harriet PressDee on 5 Apr 1847 in Leigh with Brailsford, England. Their 6 children (Harriet Ann, Elizabeth "Bessie", Isaac, Thomas Henry, Stephen, and Edith Emily) were born in Australia.

According to my research Thomas Gwilliam and Harriett nee Pressdee had a son Henry Gwilliam c. 19/02/1852 at St Mary's, Brewood, Staffordshire , my maternal Grandfather.
Thomas retired on 9/06/1883 as Head Coachman at Chillington Hall, Codsall Wood, near Wolverhampton after 60 years service and was presented with a Family Bible still in the family's possession.
I would be interested in your documentation about the children of Thomas and Harriett being born in Australia.

How do I find out what is detailed in the Index etc? I'd given up on the connection feeling it was the wrong Gwillian, but it would be nice to know as I'd spent a long time researching the link.
