I'm looking for more information on Jennie Hammersmith (maiden name) who was from Poland. She was born somewhere near to 1903.

She married Max Sylvan from Romania, where they moved to New York and had my grandfather Harry Sylvan See.
Any information on Jennie Hammersmith (Sylvan) or Max Sylvan would be just perfect.

Emma Hammersmith is my grandmother. Born in 1892, she was the youngest of three daughters to Louis Traung. She passed away in June 1978. She had two children June [my mother] born in 1917 and passed away in 1996 and William [born 1933 and passed away 1993 [maybe 1992].

I do not have too much information on Lewis Traung but I do have some information on George Traung who is the younger brother of Lewis Traung.
My grandmother's sister was married to George Traung. My mother and her parents spent a lot of time with "Uncle George" and Aunt Marie on their farm in Walnut Creek.

Hello. I am not sure if it is the same Joseph Hammersmith as my great grandfather Joseph was married to Emma. My grandfather's name was John Hammersmith.
