Hi I have also just seen your post regarding John Heap and your book. Are there any photos in it of John (the mayor of Bury) and if so is it possible for you to scan them and send them to me? I will let you have my email address. Unfortunately I cannot come to Nuneaton as I live in NZ. Also I would be very grateful if you could give me John's parents and siblings if any. Many thanks.

Sorry I don't have any info on the Heap family, but I am the granddaughter of William Charles Nixt (1925-1979), Emily Ann Nixt Lynch. I saw you had a photo of him and his sister Margaret. Would it be possible to share any information that you have to help in my research of his family? I'm also looking for information about his mother's side of the family, the Burriers. Thank you!

Shane was born Oct. 16, 1963 and died Sept 3, 1994. He had been my brother in law for a little while. I know his family was Mormon, so listing all relatives is important to them. I believe his mom's name was Naomi? and there may be a LaMont? as brother or father. Looking for his family who may want to list new ancestors in their family tree.

Hello,
I am looking for James John, my gggrandfather. I have traced him back to the 1910 Census in Virden, Manitoba. We know that he purchased land in the Elkhorn area and signed his name James John Heape. I wonder if he could be listed under some association or registration under horse traders. Some family speculate he could have moved out of province, possibly Alberta or British Columbia and married or taken the name Rankin. Any information is appreciated.
Thanks,
Kim

Thank you for answering my query. Unfortunately I see that there are many George Heaps born within a few years of each other in the same area and can't possibly send for all of them.

Is there any way to find his parents through the marriage records? The only other information I have is that he died in Cambridge in 1964.
