ISO info on Rose HEARTH b) Germany poss early 1900`s

Need info on Rose. She was born either late 1800`s or early 1900`s. She came over to USA at some point, unknown time. Married John Ralph MITTEN. Thank you for any help you could be.

Yes, I am Alberta's Grandaughter! I have had my Dad, George Hearth, talk with Uncle Kurt about things as well and I see that Mike is helping out too. I live in North Carolina since 1997, but was born in Upstate New York in 1973. My Grandfather said that he was born in San Bernardino California in 1900 and that his parents names are John & Margaret Hearth. That is all that I know! Can you do any kind of research for me on the last name Hafen? My Grandfather put his mothers name on hi social security form as being Margaret Hafen (if that spelling is correct). Any help you can give would be wonderful since I have no way to access records from England. Thank You very much!

I think I'm going to check with the Mormons, they seem to have info on most everyone. It's almost like the FBI but friendly. I'll let you know what I find. Your grandfather liked to keep his family a mystery which has always puzzled me. He was such a good man.

I'm helping Dad (Tom) out also. I did find a George Harth, age 20 in the 1920 Hudson county, NJ. Also a George Hearth in a 1901 English census age 1, what do you think?

MARY Hearth - (Wickham or Sherborne St John Hampshire)

I have a MARY Hearth who married William Challis/Challes/Challice (spelling ?) on 7 Apr 1711 Wickham Hampshire & they had daughter Sarah (1724 Sherborne St John Hampshire) & died in 1797 - she married Henry Baggs. I am trying to extend the Hearths' lineage as Mary is in a small detached part of my tree. Any connections? It would be much appreciated if anyone can help me. Thanks.

You have some relatives in England.there is a Hearth Street in Market Harborough which is a small town in Leicestershire.A cousin of mine has traced some hearths back to the 17th century. I didn't know there were Hearths in the USA. All the best------------peter hearth

Hello... I don't know all that much about my family history, but I know that they trace back to Market Harborough (near Leicester, England). I believe there is a 'Hearth Street' named after them. I think the family owned some sort of factory. My family all lived in and around Leicester, until they moved to Wales in the 1970's. Now there's only me, my Mum & Dad and two sisters with the surname. Whereabouts in the world are you? (if you don't mind me asking).

i too am trying to find out about hearth ancestry. my maiden name is hearth. we get no where when we search and we are so interested to find ANYTHING out. my paternal grandfather was born in 1900 and died in 1990, his name was george t. hearth. my fathers name is george w. hearth (still living). Hearth and we know nothing about his family except that he had a brother named John. He was either born in Big Bear,CA or East Orange,NJ. Please, if you have any information contact me asap!!!!
