Is this Height you are speaking of on the same tree as James and Rachel Height? I have a lot of research but right now I can't connect in to the people you are asking about. Maybe I am missing something. Joseph Height came to Australia, son of James and Rachel, and that is my line. My ggrandfather was Yaxley James Mays Height born Gambierton (Mt. I sporadically research and have quite a bit on the Height family in Australia, particularly Victoria.
My connection is from Elm in Cambridgeshire, Rachel and James Height. I am searching for descendants of James Thomas Height born to James Thomas Height and wife, both buried in Newstead. I am wanting to know the grandfather of James Thomas Height KIA WW1.

I am looking for any information on Mollie HYATT, HEIGHT, HIGHT, HYTE or HITE.
Mollie is listed on her sons birth certificate as both HYTE and HYATT.
Her Marriage certificate lists her as HEIGHT and HIGHT. She was married to Cleveland (Cleve) Hunt in 1912 and had two sons Vernon b: 1913 and Otha b: March 1915. Somewhere between March 1915 and March 1918 she died. I am looking for her death records or any information regarding her at all. Parents, Birth Date, Death Date etc. Cleveland remarried in March 1918 after Mollies death.

Mollie has been a brick wall for me for many years, I'm just hoping someone may know something since many years have now passed.

my g/ggradfather wasjoseph height who married ann mays. regarding their arrival into aust i checked the victorian shipping records but could not find their names arriving on the ann milne. could you please confirm what records you abtained this information from. my ggrandfather is joseph b.13/12/1858. and married emily hunter.

hello chris. i am related to Joseph height who arrived at port phillip in 1853 and married anne mays. i know they had five children, yaxley b1891,joseph b1860,john b1860,william mays b1863, and elizabeth rachael b1864. i have joseph's death certificate, died 3 sept 1865 buried mount gambier. joseph married emily hunter and had 12 children. my gf is the youngest,frederick mays b 1905 sutton town. i have only just strarted my research and would like to make contact with you.please reply to heightr@aapt.net.au

John Hight's father was John Hight and mother Ann Hight nee Tapley and where married in Dover 1777..I am descended from one of John Hight the older one's other sons Thoams Hight..I have yet to find a birth record for a John Hight in Kent prior to 1777 hope this is helpful cousin

I am helping a friend with her heritage & would like to find more about Nellie Height or Hight born in June of 1896 in TN. She lived in Maury, TN, married Fred Wasson & moved to MI before 1930. They had 5 children, the 2 oldest born in TN & the last 3 born in MI. My friend is their granddaughter & believes that they were at least part Cherokee. At help would be appreciated. My grandmother was also a Height - Violet Mae Height, and her father was Albert Height. She was born in Ontario, Canada.

Albert Height was born 1898 and died 1979 in Ontario Canada

I am a decenent of Zedikiah gibson.
I have a copy of a patitiion for land owend by Ezekiel Hight that indicates he lived and died in rapids parish LA also. The document was datd 9/21/1904 with note that Ezekiel had passed away in rapids parish " some years ago".
I do not know what happend to Mary or where they are buried. Hope this helps.

My brick wall is Janie/Jennie N. Height(spelt many different ways however, my husband's mother spelt her mother Janie's last name as such, but she wasn't a good speller) She was b 28 Jun 1885 GA- d 20 Jun 1950 Lee Co.,AL. Janie m William "Frank" Carter bef 1904. Possibly had a falling out with her Height family, could be the reason my husband's family never meet any of the Height family members. Janie and Frank had two daughters, Lillian and Nobie. Frank was previously married and had two children, a daughter Rilla and son Robert Lee.
Any info would be great.

I'd be interested in this information as well. All I know is that a female Height married an Apple and had a daughter, Hattie Apple, born 31 July 1890. Hattie later married a Benjamin Franklin Cook. Would love to fill in the blanks on Hattie's parents!

Both John & Richard's christenings are recorded as HEIGHT,

i am trying to find info on a james height who lived in wisbech england.. we believe he was married to a lady named sarah and they had at least one son called robert james who died on april 23 1906 aged 37 yrs.. we believe the family mostly lived in the wisbech/ peterborough/march area of england as that is where roberts children were born. the family seems to have a strong link with the railway from the people i have traced already.. we also know that roberts children were edith and reginald and there may possibly have been more we dont know...although we know reginald married a gertrude doris bray who was born in 1899. if you can help at all please reply or contact jh1000@aol.com many thanks

A friend of mine is looking for his great grandmother. Her maiden name is Susan Hith/Hight/Height. She was married to Harrison Pollard in Louisiana. It is possible Susan' mother may have been Sarah. Sara had two other daughter, Delia who married Jake Wilmer and and Josephine married to Daniel Wilmer. Susan Hith/Hight/Height had a daughter, Nora, who married Martin Wilmer, also from Louisiana. Ezekiel Height can be found in the 1802 census of Mississippi Territory. Their daughter Sarah married Zedekiah Gibson in St. Landry Parish May 3, 1823. In this document the surname is spelled Hight. Zedekiah and Sarah settled in Rapides Parish, La. and had a large family. Where did Ezekiel and Mary go? Does this ring a bell with anyone? Where did the go from there?
