I do not know the name Olive, but I will check it out. My grandparents passed away in the bgining of the 1980's. Alfred W. Hillier and his wife Mabel L. Hillier of Newfoundland. I believe that they were in there early 70's. I am just getting started with this so my information is still limited.

My ancestors came to Saskatchewan, Canada from England (Wiltshire?). Sidney Hillier and Elizabeth (Stevens) and eight of nine children came to Canada 1905, homesteaded. I Have a fairly comprehensive collection of the descendents, but no info on either Sidney's or Elizabeth's ancestors. Any info appreciated.

Her husband William Hillier, hisfather Eli Hillier, his father Eli Hellyer, and his wife Louisa Brown.I also know of a James Hellyer and his wife Rebecca Pollet.Rebecca's parents and a littlebit more.Iknow that the family originated from NFLD, mainly grandfalls or Trinity Bay, if you could help me it would be much appreciated.

Thank-You

Just noticed your site on the internet. We are new to the internet so hope this gets to you OK.

My grandfather was Ernest Chesley Hillier from Lamalene, which I believe is near Fortune. My Dads family would have a lot more info. I will try to contact you at another time with more accurate info.
