Im looking for more information on my great grandfather Anthony F. Hofmann. My family had always spelled the name with only one(1) "F" but I have seen it listed in the census and on family death certs as HoFFmann. Anthony is said to have immigrated 1888-1889 from Germany. I would love to be able to find out when and then other family info back in Germany. He married Carolina L. Nurnberg from Delaware in 1900, but I dont know when or where. As far as I know they had always lived in Philadelphia, PA. His children were Anthony M, Francis, Leo, Gertrude E, Marie C, Raymond, Thecla G. Any help or info you can give will be greatly appreciated.
