Huard in lower Canada

My great grandparents were William Perreault b 1858 and Esther Huard b 1824. They lived in Massena NY, died in Haverhill Mass, are buried in Haverhill Mass.
Her parents are Charles Huard b 1820/22 and Julia Valliere b 1824 d 1903.
Charles' parents are Francois Huard b 1793 amd Marie Louise Girard b 1800
I am at a brick wall before that. Can anyone assist me?

My name is Yvette. I am Daniel Huard's daughter, Yvette. My Grandfather was Edward Huard. Grandpa Eddie and Grandma Anne have both passed. I met your Mother and Father when we visited North Dakota in 1975. Your Mom insisted on having us over for dinner and she was very nice to us. I was 13, my Brothers were 12 and 10. I am fairly sure that Ida and Eleanor have passed and I know that Walter and Delia have also passed. Delia was my Great-Aunt from both sides of my family. There are a lot of Huards in California, but all of the people ahead of my Parent's generations have passed. Let me know if you have any other questions and I can try to find out from my Parents.

My name is Steve. My Great Grandmother was Annie Huard (July 2 1900- Aug 5 1980) married Ferdinand Adams. She is the daughter of Joseph Huard and Odelle Turcotte from Thompson North Dakota. I am looking for info about the descendants of her siblings. Ida Huard married to Albert Fralich. Eleanor Huard married to Oscar West. Walter Huard married to Delia Fortier. And Edward J Huard(Sept 4 1909 to Dec 3 1996) married to Anne Dunning. I don't know much of the Huards that moved to California. My Name Yvette. My Dad is Daniel Huard, his Brothers are Jack Huard and Myles Huard (d). Their Father was Edward Huard who was the Brother of Walter Huard. They are all orginally from Grand Forks, North Dakota. Additionally, My Great Grandmother on my Mother's side, was Mary Huard. What a complicated family tree we have. I am trying to find information on the Huards of Grand Forks, the Fortier's and the Duray's of Forest River, ND.

I just set my family tree to public, so you should be able to access more information on us Washingtonians. There have been a lot of people on here the last few weeks searching for Huards. We are quite a large family, and one of my aunts is actually from the HUERDS. Her name is Kathy, and she has a sister named Karen.

I'm not really sure who Delia Huard is. I have only been able to learn that my grandfather's parents are Nelson and Serephie Huard, and Nelson's father was Joseph, but I don't remember his wife's name. I also know that we are related to some Goulets and Boucheys. We have quite a large family. I also figured out that there are about 150+ Huard's still living in Calgary Canada.

Joseph is the father of Nelson Huard, who was married to Serephie Goulet. One of their sons, Lloyd Huard, is my grandfather.

They are related to Joseph Huard. Joseph is the father of Nelson Huard and Serephie Goulet. Lloyd Huard (a son of Nelson and Serephie) is the uncle Of Michael Huard. Michael Huard is the father of Brock and Damon Huard.

Jack,

Oliver Huard is the son of Augustin Huard (Gus). Gus is Simeon and Michael's brother. That branch of the Huard's changed the spelling of their name to Huerd after the 1900's. Many lived in Warroad MN.

Joseph Huard and family (oldest son of Simeon) moved to Yakima Valley around 1910.

I'm trying to find a connection with a Oliver Huard. He lived in Oakwood North Dakota in 1870. there are many Huards that lived in Grand Forks and Grafton areas, but can't find the connection. Any info would help.

I used to live by Walter and Delia. My father (Willard Huard) had a farm next to Walters. They used to play cards with them a lot (what else is there to do in the winter). My mother was a COLLETTE ( Agnes). I'm working on my family tree and can see a lot has already been done. Just have to find my way around Ancestory. com. I'm learning more and more daily as I try to dig deeper into family, very interesting. Would love to exchange information.

Wilfred's father, Michael, and my great grandfather, Simeon, were brothers. And their wives were sisters. I don't have a lot of info on Michael's family but do have a family photo from Delia Huard (Walter's wife). I was fortunate to meet her several years ago. A remarkable woman. Albert Edgar Huard was born on 12/28/1918 in New Bedford, MA. He was the son of Francois (Frank) Huard & Anna Beaudry. He Married Helen Alice Mallet on 11/8/1941 in Athol, MA and died on 4/26/1983 in Athol, MA.
Francois (Frank) Huard was born between 1879 & 1882 in Belgium. He was the son of Charles Huard. Anna Beaudry was born abt. 1891 in Canada. Francois (Frank) Huard & Anna Beaudry were married 1/28/1918 in New Bedford, MA. I believe Francois (Frank) Huard died on 7/26/1944 in Woonsocket, RI. Anna (Beaudry) Huard died on 12/20/1942 in Fall River, MA.
Charles Huard was born abt. 1852 in Belgium. He had two other sons, Nicholas Huard who was born between 1861 – 1875 in Belgium and Victor Huard who was born between 1868 – 1882 in Belgium.
I believe Charles Huard married a second time to Marie Perrard abt. 1899 in Warwick, RI.

Oh I remember Oscar your Dad very well. He used to visit with my Grandfather Wilfrid Huard at his home at 866 Gladstone Ave. Oscar and Wilfrid were brothers. If I remember correctly Oscar used to smoke cigars - am I correct?? I am Wilfrid Huard's oldest grandchild. Anyways - if you need or would like any familyinformation, perhaps I can help. Hello! My name is Tiffany Huard. I just found your post on here, and I wanted to give you a bit of info. The former UW Quarterbacks (Brock and Damon) father is actually Mike Huard. He was the football coach for Puyallup HS. My grandfather was Lloyd Huard, and his grandmother and grandfather are Joseph and Serephie. Which would make them my great-great grandparents on my father's side. I can provide more information on younger relatives like aunts and uncles if you or anyone else would like it!

Thank you so much for your reply, That would make you my mothers 1st cousin =) I really don't know much about the Huard family. I was able to do the linage back to the 1700's thanks to the Huard association. It is very nice to hear from an actual Huard relative ;)

Have looked at what I hae on Huard familly amd have all you have ahd stuck at the same point you are. Very hard to find anything in europe in ancestry sites. Good Luck J.P.
