searching for info on William Henry Huxham and family from Ermington, Devon, England

Have traced back the family of William Henry Huxham b.about Sept 1808, Ermington, Devon (my great-great-great grandfather) to his parents William Huxham b. about 1759 in Devon and his wife Joan (or could be Jane - name is unclear on census records)b. about 1766 in Devon.

Have found evidence for William Huxham (the father of William Henry Huxham) residing in Ermington from 1797-1841; his occupation - Butcher. Believe he died in 1847 in Cornwall, Devon.

Have found the following christening records for the childen of William and Joan Huxham in online files for Ermington, Devon:
Fanney Huxham christened Sept 18, 1800
Thomas Huxham christened March 8, 1806
Eliza Huxham christened Sept 20, 1808
William Henry Huxham christened Oct 1, 1811

Does anyone have access to records for Ermignton, Devon before 1800? If so would like to find out the marriage of William Huxham and Joan/Jane.

Would like to hear from anyone related to the Huxham's from this area.

according to the 1911 census in my locality in Ireland Richard John Huxham B England age 37 was a leading boatman in the Coastguard service.His family as follows.
Martha Huxham wife age 39 b Bermuda.
Richard son 14 b England
Henrietta dau 12 b "
Robert son 9 b Co Sligo Irl
May dau 7 b " " ".
