My husband is a great grand son of Mathias Jacques
He moved after the civil war from wisconsin to Chanhassen in carver county Minnesota
Married Mary Schuler in 1871 in shakopee and bought a farm
near lake susan in chanhassen. If you want more informations contact me. I'm also will be interested in informations about Mathias Jacque(s)

Jackie, I know that John H (1836) and My gr gr grandfather Mathias (1839) are brothers from his civial war records. We should talk.

John H Jacque born Abt. 1836 Belgium/Germany (he lists his birth as these in census's however my understand is he is from Luxemburgh.) married Christina J Bielefeld and had the following children:
Nicolaus Jacque
John Nichalus Jacque
Henry Jacque
Mary Aegidia Jacque
Matthias Jacque
Henry (Hance) Jacque
Elizabeth Jacque
John (Gengie) Jacque, Jr.
They were all baptised at Holy Cross.

walter lee jacque was my father. i tried to follw the search to find your relationship but did not . if you e mail me i will fill you in on what i know. yes your grandfather was a milkman but he was also a tax accessor collector. leo jacque lived in calvert tx. and his son my cousin i still talk to .please contact me . if you would just put jacque in the subject so i dont delete by mistake , take care.

I found a William Jacque in MN. The land patent purchased Date is December 2, 1867. This Jacque is older than your grandfather.

Still looking for information on William Lee, I have found that he and my grandmother, Ruby Alexander married in Ardmore, OK on April 24, 1917. The name on the marriage record was spelled Jack. That is the only valid information I have on him. He was born in Iowa in 1880 and died in 1922 in or around Ft. Worth, Tx. My grandmother later remarried Thomas H Grammer. William and Ruby had two sons, Walter Lee and Leo Joe Jacque. He was married previously and they had one daughter but I have no info about that.

I wanted you to know I was thrilled to find this picture. I also found my grandmother Ruby Grammer and her second husband Thomas H Grammer all buried in Mt Olivet. I am still looking for my grandfather William Lee Jacque who is suppose to be buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Ft Worth but I have not been successful in finding him. Thanks again.

I'm having no luck whatsoever researching a woman named Nancy Ellen Jacques. The last name might alternatively be Jacque. I don't know her exact date of birth, but she was born sometime in the early-mid 1950s. She also lived in Portland, Oregon, in the early-mid 1970s. Any pointers would be much appreciated. I am looking for information about my grandfather. He was born between 1860 1880 in Cedar Rapid, Iowa, I think. He married Ruby Alexander in 1916 in Ardemore, Ok. He had been previously married and had a daughter...names unknown. He and Ruby had two sons, Walter Lee and Leo Joe. He died in 1922 after falling off a milk wagon and is suppose to be buried in Greenwood Cemetary in Ft Worth, Tx. Your help would be appreciated.

Looking for birth and parent information on James
Jacque b. abt 1870 m. abt 1890 to Rosetta Jane Baysinger.
They had one daughter Ethell b. 19, Aug 1892 in Oklahoma Territory.
Rosa and James divorced when Ethell was young. Rosa remarried
and they moved to Washington about the turn of the century.
Where did James go? Any help is greatly appreciated.

This sounds like it has possibilities. According to the 1900 Jefferson Co census, my Lucretia was a widow b. Apr, 1862 in Tennessee and both her father and mother were also b. in Tennessee. The census indicates she was living with her son Lee WADE but it also shows that she was a mother of 9 children (all of which were named WADE)of which 8 were living at that time and also living with Lee WADE. I think she married James WADE in Alabama in either 1880 or 1881 because Lee WADE was born in 1881. I think James WADE "left" the family. Does any of this tie to your info?
