I did embark on tracing my family a few years ago but things got in the way! Most of the research/website stuff relating to Jerrards relates to the Jerrards of Chideock and Dorset region. I want info on the London Jerrards - these are my ancesters! I managed to trace back to my great grandfather John Joseph Jerrard, born 1853 at Union Street, Lambeth. His father was also John Joseph Jerrard (shown on the birth certificate) and was a bricklayer, as was my grandfather so trade must have been passed on. Any info would be much appreciated.
