Do you have any Johnsons from Radford Nottingham or Bedworth area of Warwickshire?

Are you descended from William (Bill) Johnson b 23/3/1919 who moved from Nottingham to London. wife Joyce, children Pauline and Ian.

Do you remember Artur (Sonny) Johnson, Fred, hannah , Ivy all bills siblings. Maybe you remember their step sister Iris Johnson (bolstridge)

if so please get in touch - have lots of info to share

I have a Pheobe Johnson, nee Herrod, of Bathley in my lot. Any connection? She was born in 1840 ish and married a Wiliam Johnson, also Bathley. She was his second wife.

A bit more info The Johnson familyt lived in Bathley. William seems to have had two wives, we know this is a fact. In the 1861 Census there was william johnson, age 29 a groom., Phiby, his wife age 21
Frank age 1
His first marriage was in about 1860 and I can't find a record of her maiden name. After his first wife died he married Pheobe Herrod in about 1869. By this time he had Frank and Mary, born 1864[about]. They went on to have Ellen Johnson, my g grandmother, born1869, James b 1871, Thomas b1874 and William 1880, these dates are from the census so are only approx.
Mary married a William Edis who was in the railway police and had two sons John Neville and George William.[ In Hull in 1901 ]
Ellen married John Booth and had sons John, Frederick , and horace and daughter Dorothy. I can go into slightly more detail but this is just a quick summary as I am shortly going on holiday for a couple of weeks. Look forward to hearing from you.
