Hi!

Today, I did a search of the microfilmed Wilson County, TN land deed index, wills and inventories, and county court files. These searches were limited to the period prior to 1830. I am interested primarily in the Holloman family, secondarily with the Joiners and Modglins. For various reasons, I believe that my Holloman family (William and wife) were in Wilson prior to coming to Pope. William might have been married to a Joiner.

The will inventory was in poor condition. As best I could tell, it included no mention of Hollomans, Joiners, or Modglins.

I would be happy to correspond with anyone researching the Holloman family or the Joiner family.
