Surnames: Kendall, Goldman
I am trying to help someone locate his biological father’s family.
The adoptee was born in 1952 and was adopted at birth. He has been told his father was a John Kendall of Winthrop, MA born in the 1920s. John was over 6 feet tall had red hair and blue eyes. He served in the military and fought in the Korean War? John is believed to have been married/divorced to another lady before he met the adoptee's mother.
More facts on John:
Possibly served in the Army at Ft Banks in Winthrop, MA transferred to the post at Cape Code
Went to Korea in summer of 1951.
Previous marriage by 1946 had three children: 2 boys and a girl. One boy may have been 5 in 1951.
He eloped to NH ca 1949-50 may have still been married.
Met a USO hostess at FT Banks
Some connection to Tobyann Goldman
Lived in New Bedford
I will post more organized information as I receive it.
If any of this rings a bell or you know of the John Kendall in question, please email me.
Thanks
Scott Kendall
