I have been given a box of older photos. I have a Wedding picture of a couple who has been identified as Harold and wife Kissinger. The photographer is listed on the folio. I believe they are somehow connect to the Bauer family of West Bend, Wisconsin. If you are related and would be able to use this picture, I would be more than happy to reunite it with the correct family

Hello,
My name is Stephanie Patterson (formerly Scheib). I believe I am the great grandaughter of Vernon and Eva Scheib. My gradnfather was Stanley Samuel Scheib SR. He did not speak much of his family (bothers, sisters, parents), but as far as I know, his fathers name was Vernon. I would be very happy to know more about any extended family I may have.

I have a "Catarina Ruland" on my family tree (my Grt-Grt-Grt-Grt Grandmother) born probably b/t 1785-1790. She married Peter Knepp & they lived in PA. They had a dtr Catherine Knepp 1808-1860 who was born in PA but died in IA; she was married to Benjamin Kamberling.

I am wondering if she might be a descendant of your Mary Catarina Ruland. I have not been able to trace her lineage.

As a direct female descendant, I have maternal DNA results.

LorieNYC@aol.com

Information from a family bible, on the "Working" side, shows children of Henry and Louisa Kissinger are: James, Mary, sarah, Isaac, Charles, Samuel, Louisa, Thomas, Rosetta, Margaret, and Walter. I have birth dates for theses children as well. Does this match what you have?
Dale Working

Hi,

I don't know if we're of the same line but I've been researching my family tree and my g-g grandfather was George Kissinger who (according to his death record) was the son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Kissinger.

I believe that George had brother's named Joseph and Samuel. You can trace them with Benjamin through Westmoreland County, PA in 1800, Fayette County, PA in 1810 and Monongalia County, VA in 1820.

The census records seem to indicate that Joseph and Samuel may have migrated back into Fayette County, PA but I'm not for certain.

I'd love to exchange information on our branches of the Kissinger family tree to see if we can make a connection.
