Some more History

I just posted a couple of articles on my Family site regarding the Legaspi/Maniquis/Vivar families. Worth a look as it discusses lines of decent that go all the way back to Spain and stretch to Cuba, Mexico and the Philippines!

http://www.efamilynj.org/cms/article.php?7.0

And while your there you may want to take a glance at the Family Tree I have there as the Legaspi side of it is horribly short.

http://www.efamilynj.org/famtree

Sincerely,

Michael Maniquis Eraña

I would like to make contact with a Victor Legaspi that served in the US Army, I think it was Army and not Navy. I knew him when he stayed in Christchurch, New Zealand on his way to Antartica. I worked at the Deep Freeze Base in Ch Ch. The year would be 1990 I think. Any information would be much appreciated. My understanding was he was leaving the forces and looking at becoming a Park Ranger

Hello, I am a 27 year old male, looking for my FATHER (Michael). I was adopted by my grandmother when I was very small. All I know is that my father was in the Marines Corps when I was born, which was 1973. I would very much like to meet the family I never had.

People make decisions in their life for a reason, I don't ever care about that. I would just like to become a part of his life

If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

Chris McElhannon
