I went to school with your mother (Immaculate Conception School in Mount Vernon and Mount Vernon Hight School. This is in Washington. We were in Camp Fire Girls and I shopped at Jerry's Grocery. Can you tell me how to get ahold of her? We have our 5oth high school reunion in August of this year (class of 1961) and I am trying to get to-gether a group of us that attended Immaculate Conception school for eight years. I loved your mom and your mom and dad were pretty special too. I remember Judy and Jean and your little sister were the age of my baby sister Margaret.

All I have for information is my father is Richard Limoges born Aug 29th, 1945. He has 2 brothers Gary and Randy. My grandmothers name is Doris and she was married to a man named William Limoges who I believe now lives in Kansa or something like that. My mother one day found a picture of an king from Limoges France and he looked like my dad. My dad has this very distinct nose that he is happy we kids weren't blessed with especially the girls. We live in Westfield MA, but my dad grew up in Montgomery. Any information would be greatful if anyone can help.
Sincerely
Kimberly (Limoges ) Deslauriers

Joseph Armand Limoges and Doris Richard Limoges

If you have any information regarding the above subjects, please e-mail me. I am looking for children of these 2 people. There were 5 children; John, James, Carol, and the name of the 2 youngest are not known. These children were separated while very young. Approximate age of the 3 oldest would be from 55 to 70. All were born in Lynn, Mass. The father, Joseph Armand Limoges died 01/31/54. He was the son of Joseph Limoges and Marie Martin Limoges. He & his parents were born in Canada. We think that the 2 youngest were adopted and last names changed. Joseph Armand was a hotel manager, namely the Edison Hotel in Lynn. His first spouse and mother of his children was Doris Richard. His second spouse was Jeannie or Jeanne (no maiden known).

Limoges who married a Cree squaw?

I have just begun researching my father's family history.

Anybody hear of a Flauvian Limoges who married a Cree Squaw, or ANY Limoges who married a Cree squaw? He was a farmer, lived in Canada, and would have been my great, great granfather I think.

I don't have much to go on unfortunately. I do know that the name Joliecoeur is linked to this branch of the Limoges family somehow and I recently found this interesting tidbit (pasted below). I hope it helps someone. I would love any information if anyone thinks they can help me!

Matrimonial History

Name LIMOGES ou AMAND dit Jolicoeur, Pierre, [[baptisé le 14 février 1669]] [Adrien et Jeanne Videau]

acte de mariage 11 novembre 1698 Montréal (10 Antoine Adhémar)
Catherine Grenier

(His name was Amand Pierre Limoges, nicknamed Joliecoeur. Married Catherine Grenier on November 11, 1698)

Thanks - Joanna
