Need help with photo ID - possibly David and Florinda Locke?

Surnames: Locke, Fulton
We have an older photo printed on a glass plate that was in the family collection of Locke photos (see attached). Can anyone help us confirm who they are? Our guess is that it may be David Locke (F2095, 1788-1863) and Florinda Locke (1791-1880). Our Locke family line can be found here: http://www.fultonlockefamily.org/fulton_locke_connection.htm...
