I'm searching for a death record for Phillip LOWE, son of Phillip LOWE and Rebecca SHUTTLESWORTH.
Phillip was born 30 Jan 1824, married 7 Apr 1849 Maria HOOD, died 2 Jan 1862 (age 38) and is buried in the Lowesville (Mt. Hood) Cemetery in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
I'm wondering if his death was a result of the Civil War.
