Surnames: Lyon, Burlingame, Riggs
My 5th great grandfather was John Lyon of Scituate, RI (the area of Scituate where he lived became the town of Foster in 1791) who was married to Martha Burlingame. This John was the son of John who was born in Newark and married to Elizabeth Riggs. Samuel was his father and Henry his grandfather.
Can anyone confirm my hypothesis? If so, do you have sources to back this?
