My great great grandfather was John Manix, born in 1854 or 1855 in Easton Pennsylvania. Both his parents came from Ireland, but I don't know when, although they may have come from Galway. I believe his father's name was John and his mother's name might have been Mary, Margret or Joanna. I am looking for records for my great great grand father's father. He may have spelled his name Manyx or Mannix.
