Hi, I'm related to the Matz family who originated from Skaryszew, Poland. The name in Poland was spelled Mac. I have a tree of alot of the Matz Family. The farthest back I can go is Shimon Mac who was a Kohen. He had 4 sons Israel, Meyer, Chaim, and Benjamin. Israel is my great great grandfather. I think they all moved to Detroit, MI around 1913ish and their families came later in 1921ish. I believe there must have been more family in Poland.
How are you related exactly?
Keep in touch!
