Looking for information on Louis Malling. Born
in Baden Baden, Germany early 1820s. Married Louisa ?
from Jorlohneitz, Switzerland. They lived in Rochester, NY
1850s & early 1860s. Louisa died 1860-63 and Louis
died 1864/5 from pneumonia while serving in the Union during
Civil War. Their children are, Elise/Louisa, Louis, Fanchette, and Frederick. I do not know if they met and married in Europe or in America Before Louis joined the Union he was the editor of a German Newspaper in Rochester.
