Hello: I regret not noticing the inquiry you sent to me a year and a half ago. Received a reply today and looked at some of the questions and noticed yours. I have the first half of what you listed from timothy down I don't have it all. With your permission I would like to include this into my master file. I have not planned another book for a least 6 more years and then again I have not worked on the family file for the past 2 years like I did earlier. So look forward to correspondence with you, and I regret not getting your reply long ago, so I hope you haven't held me in vain that long.
