Samuel m: Rebecca BEALE May 18,1841 at St.Andrews Holborn London. I have 16 ch: born to them. 9 in Eng. 3 in Ontario 4 in USA of course some may have died early in life. I have 4 marriages of these children. Let me know if you want more info.......Betty Marriott

these sound like the same line my family tree started i am not sure but would love to write back in forth to find out . henry is the name that cames up a lot and one marriott married a switzer and settles in southern calif , maybe we could put are head together and see what we can came up with . jlhndmh@sbcglobal.net

My gggrandfather was Isaac Sydney Marriott. Had a younger brother named Alfred Frank Marriott. Were British constabularies to Fiji around late 1870s. I believe they were from Kent. Would very much appreciate if I could get some feedback on this information from any Marriott families as I would like to know more about them.

CND was an abbreviation used for Canada.

Looking for infrmation on Marriot(t) family that came to the USA about 1857. Information presently known is, Samuel Marriott, b. 1813 in posible London, EN married a Rebecca Beale before 1842. They had 11 children with six being born in England, 4 being born in CND and one in Michigan.
Samuel's father believed to be William Marriot.
Samuel and Rebecca children; Samuel, 1842; Thomas, 1843; Celizo, 1845; Alfred, 1846; Henry, 1847; Mary, 1851; Louisa, 1853; Frederick, 1854; Adeline, 1855; Emily, 1856 and Charles, 1858.
Looking forward in shareing information if there is any connection.

2 childern bon in ireland
3 in canada
4 in michigan...port huron
hugh immigrated at about the same time as your rebecca
do you know what part of michigan they moved to

Now have document that Samuel Marriott and Rebecca Beale were married in 1841 in the london england area.

Sorry for any confussion. Only the Marriott surname is for England not the rest that I am doing research on.

Henry John SOPER born 1893 died 1945 of tuberculosis, was indeed a tram driver.(son of William & Ivy SOPER)
He Married in 1921 to Alice Edith SEABROOK (daughter of
Wallace and Lotti SEABROOK) born 1895 died ??
They had 3 children Henry John born 1920, Charles Frederick born 1923 & Alice Edith (jr).

Hi I am looking for sopers from London Uk, I have little in the way of information so far,

Alice Edith Seabrook b around 1893 m henry Charles Soper b around the same time, henry was a conductor on the electric trams, they lived at 59 Collier street islington at this time. the names Henry Charles and Fredrick seem to run through the family, have you come across any of these people please?
