Ella Stanfield possibly married a Burnard/various sp Morris/var sp abt 1868-9 GA?

Hi I am searching for an Ella Stanfield/var sp who married Burnard/Bernard/Barnard/etc Morris/various sp including Mc or Mac added to front and an "h" at the end. They married in about 1868-1869 perhaps in Spaulding Co, GA.<br><br>Ella was the daughter of Elza (nee) Stanfield Jordan. The couple inc an 8 mo old son are living with Eliza(h) Jordan, widow on the 1870 census of Spaulding Co, GA.<br><br>I also have an Ella Morris/var sp who married in 1876 possibly Spaulding Co, GA or elsewhere to James L Simkins/various spellings. I am wondering if this could be the same Ella Morris/various spellings as the first one.<br><br>Do you happen to have any information about Ella &amp; Burnard and/or Ella and James in your family lines?<br><br>Thank you in advance.
Looking for any information on Fredrich Marsch and his wife Pauline (Mure? The story passed down in my family is quite colorful and dramatic but I can find no documentation to either prove or disprove.

Marsch from Baden Baden Germany

I am looking for information about a Marsch from Baden Baden Germany who stowed away on a boat and came to the U.S. in 1860. He was a horse trader or horse breeder. He married Elizabeth Zeiser who was born in Prussia. I'm not sure if he married her in the U.S. or back in Germany. They had 14 living children. One of which was Petro Marsch who later changed his name to Peter Mesch. Peter was born January 22,1874. He married Catherine Heber and had two children. She died then he married Lavina Alexander. Peter ended up in Delaware, IA. We are trying to trace farther back than Peter. This is the only info we have from remaining relatives on Peter's father and mother. Would appreciate any possible leads. Thanks.

Henry Marsch

The 1870 US Census list my Great Great Grandfather Henry Marsch as having a son George age 11. I have noticed in both the Albany City Directory and the US Census where the name is sometimes incorrectly spelled "Marsh" and on one occasion "March". Henry Marsch was estimated born in 1826 in Bavaria (Hessen Darmstadt). Albany in 1870 was actually Bethlehem or Bethlehem Centre. By the way, The George Marsch in my family plot died in 1910. In the 1880 US Census George Marsch, age 23, estimated birth year 1857, occupation , boilermaker, mother and fathers birth place listed as Bavaria. In the 1860 US Census there is an Anthony Marsch age 40, again from Hessen Darmstadt and he has a son age 2 named George and another Anthony. Anthony SR. is a blacksmith. Living next door is Philip Marsch, blacksmith born in Hessen Darmstadt Bavaria and family , also a blacksmith. I have found the boarding info on Philip in the NY State museum, entering the US between 1850-51 aged 23 with Heinrich aged 21 and Lorenz and Frank, young boys. I have found the grave of Philip and wife Caroline in Our Lady of Help Cemetery in Glenmont NY, also containing the names Lorenz and Frank. By the way on Philip, Frank, Henry, and George were all Civil War Vets as I have found info on them on Civil war sites. What amazes me is how these men left their families after being in the country a decade or so and went off to fight in the Civil War. I believe Philip was wounded at Chancelorsville annd particpated in the "mud march". At different points of time, they lived in the same neighborhoods in the Albany southend, sometimes right next door, which lead me to believe they were related if not as brothers but couisins, from the old country.

There is a George Marsch in my family plot, I have been working on my family genealogy since last winter. From what I understand at this point. George is a brother of Henry and Frank. Sons of Franz Marsch, who emmigrated from Hessen Darmstadt Bavaria some time in the 1840 period. They were all blacksmiths, settled in the south end of Albany. Buried in Our Lady of Help Cemetery in Glenmont, New York. Tim
