My maternal grandparents< Marion Tilden McCoy & Dora lee(Lynn) McCoy< met & was married somewhere in KY (Eastern I Believe). They had the following children: Albert McCoy (lived in Dayton OH), Russell McCoy (Wheelersburg OH), Grace McCoy Zornes(lived in Portsmouth OH), Eunice McCoy(Franklin Furnace, OH), Lyda McCoy Blakeman (@ Ohio Furnace OH), Minnie McCoy Martin (Columbus/Dayton), & Willard Lee McCoy(Columbus/Springfield OH areas). My grandfather had a nickname "Laddie". He passed in Dayton OH @ Uncle Ab's (Albert)home. Uncle Ab "lost" his grave! I don't know how you can do that. GrandMa McCoy died in Portsmouth OH (1953 or 1953)& is buried in the OLD Wheelersburg OH Cemetery. Her mother's mname was "Hunt". All of these people passed leaving very little information. Lyda McCoy Blakeman is my Mother & Harold Edward Blakeman Sr is my Father. My paternal grandparents names were Charles (from Stockdale OH) & Sally Freeman Blakeman(from South Point OH). If anyone has any information regarding my relatives, please let me know. Also, if you all have any advice regarding how to conduct this research, I would be grateful.
