Surnames: McCulluck, McCulloch
I am looking for information on my ancestor Thomas McCulluck, born around 1750 in N. Ireland and a landowner residing in Washington County NC by 1788 and last noted in a deed from 1807 in Washington County, TN as owning the same land.
His youngest son, Samuel David McCulloch (b. 1797) moved down the Tennessee River to settle in Lawrence County, north Alabama, by 1820.
I can find no link with the better known Blount County, TN McCulloch line.
