Seeking informaion on McGowan family, believe they came from Ireland. Grandfather was Edward Patrick McGowan - Born 8/6/1863, Married Mary Lynch - Born 3/1/1862.
Mary's mother was Bridget Downs - born in Ireland 1837. She immigrated to the US in 1848 - married to Garrett Lynch.
Edward Patrick McGowan's father was John McGowan, born in Donegal, Ireland, married to Ann Colgan, born in Dublin, Ireland. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
